Job Description
Quality Advisor -
Assist/advise project personnel in all matters relating to the application and implementation of company management system on projects.
Prepare/maintain project specific quality documentation e.g. Project Quality Plan Activity Control Plan etc.
Coordinate non-conformance management process within the project including reporting of all Quality Event Reporting QER pro-actively facilitating QER close out identifying corrective action requirements etc.
Undertake project quality audits to measure project compliance with management system and client requirements and assess the effectiveness and value of established business processes.
Facilitate project lessons learned process to collate and report project experiences that may add value to ongoing and future projects.
Interface with Quality Control function to ensure appropriate levels of quality surveillance inspection and control within applicable areas of project execution and delivery.
Provide quality management support to Supply Chain Management in respect of vendor and subcontractor assessment and risk management.
Liaise with Customer and third party representatives on matters relating to Quality Management within the project.
Facilitate customer feedback and performance measure processes on allocated projects.
Utilise project experiences to assist in the development of the management system through identification of business process waste QER trends implementation of revised business practice etc.
Contribute to the development of the regional audit process including planning execution and reporting.
Contribute to regional lessons learned processes to facilitate continuous improvement within the organisation.
Capability profile - Knowledge Skills Experience and Behaviour
Experience in a Quality Management role ideally with a project focus.
High degree of awareness and experience of ISO9001 requirements and implementation.
Quality Auditor training/qualifications.
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to work on own initiative while retaining a high degree of reporting to line and project management.
