Our Clients, Major International Offshore Engineering Contractors in the Oil & Gas industry, active in Offshore Transportation & Installation, Pipeline & Subsea Construction, require a Quality Systems Engineer to work at their UK Head Office, Projects Offices in Surrey.
To support the Company Quality Manager, collaborate to develop, manage and improve the Company Management Quality System and to the verification of its correct implementation.
We are looking for QA Engineers with appropriate formal qualifications and 2 to 4 years experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas Industry
Experience & knowledge of QA Standards, QA Regulatory / Agency Codes and preferably knowledge of Marine / Subsea / Offshore / Oil & Gas Engineering environment.
Knowledge & experience of ISO 9000 Standards - (Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions).
Should have Initiative & Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
Ability to develop and manage the Company Quality Management System in compliance with applicable Quality Standards, Quality Policies, organisational assets and existing operating procedures.
Provide other units responsible for analysing, defining and improving operating mechanisms and company processes with the necessary back-up to implement the Quality System.
Lease with the authorised Quality System Certification Body and other bodies regulating company ISO9001certification activities.
Provide the necessary back-up to the Purchasing Management regarding Supplier and subcontractor pre-qualification, qualification and audits activities.
Prepare and implement internal Quality System Auditing activities.
Provide the back-up to Sales Management regarding company pre-certification activities.
Guarantee conformity by the Company Documentation System with ISO 9000 Standards (Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions). & to support Company Quality Manager in his duties.
