Job Description
Orion Project Services, based in Houston, Texas, is looking for a Project Services Coordinator, on behalf of our Client. This is a contract position, based in Houston.
Responsibilities:
Administer and prepare documentation for contractor pre-qualifications - both contracts and long lead items
Prepare invitations to tender packager for contracts and long lead items
You will be responsible for the procurement and supply chain management teams working in multifunctional environments, while collaborating closely with other functions such as operations, drilling, HSE, EPT, and Legal, to effectively analyze spend, develop contracting solutions and deliver high performance relationships to support business objectives.
Must have a Bachelors degree in Law, and extensive related experience in the management of contracts for offshore oil and gas projects.
Experience in managing subsea contracts is essential.
Candidates MUST be eligible to work in the USA.
