Job Description
I am currently looking for a Project Process Leader to wok in Libya on a rotational basis for this leading Oil and Gas Company
The project is for a Pre FEED and FEED study for the development of Oil Fields in Libya
Ideally European Nationals for visa purposes

Project Process Leader (PPL)
Role:
The PPL will ensures the execution of the process activities within your area of responsibility, working in accordance with optimisation instructions supplied by Technical Manager and integrating with the activities of the other specialist project positions
The candidate Must have experience of the following:
* Ensure that the work output of Process personnel under their supervision complies with the relevant company, client, national & international standards & procedures
* taking part in FEED planning and scheduling
* ensuring that the part of the process design for which he is responsible is in accordance with the contractual requirements, procedures and schedule defined for the project
* checking the progress of the activities he is responsible for, suggesting appropriate actions to prevent, absorb or minimise any deviations in terms of time or costs
* promptly reporting to PM the need for design changes that could entail contractual changes;
contributing expertise for the definition of HSE Plans, Studies and checks
* ensuring the controlled management of the documents he is responsible for
* providing assistance to the other project Positions on the process-related aspects of supporting PM in relations with the Client and with other external organizations for technological aspects within their areas of responsibility
Knowledge of oil and gas upstream layout and equipment design.
* Knowledge of relevant codes and software.
* Experience managing engineering teams
* Effective communication, organisational and leadership skills
* Understanding of project economics and approval processes
* Must be conversant and knowledgeable with respect to current and new legislation and standards.
Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant field chartered status and masters would be an advantage.
* Minimum 12 years experience in process engineering design
* Must be fluent in English (Read, write, Speak)
