Project Manager - EPCI

Reporting to:
General Manager / Deputy General Manager / Board of Directors

Accountabilities:

Handle all aspects of

A. Management of projects
- create and execute project work plans and revise as required
- identify resources and assign individual responsibilities
- manage day to day operational aspects of a project and scope
- review deliverables before submissions to client
- adhere to methodology and enforce project standards
- prepare quality assurance procedures
- ensure proper project document control

B. Project Accounting
- track and report manhrs and expenses on weekly basis
- manage project budget
- determine appropriate revenue recognition ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- manage accounts receivables
- financial management
- prepare cost-to-completion projections and make decisions accordingly.
- forecast revenue profitability margins bill rates and utilisation
- understands basic revenue models and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.

- assure project legal documents are completed and signed.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering discipline
2. Past experience as
a. Construction Manager at Contractor side for at least one CPP/PQP fabrication project OR
b. Construction superintendent at Contractor side for at least 2 CPP/PQP fabrication projects
3. Many years working experience in Asia
4. Excellent communication skills in English

Work routine
10 hrs per day 6 days a week.

Remunerations:
- Please quote minimum expected salary in USD per day & earliest availability.
- A monthly allowance will be given to cover cost of Accommodation food and local transport.
- Vietnam Personal Income Tax paid by client.
- Medical insurance will be provided
