Job Title: Project Engineering Coordinator
Location: Kazakhstan (Residential)
Salary and Benefits or Rate: Competitive Day Rate
Duration: 12 Month Rolling Contract
Our Client:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced and capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil and gas project.
The role:
To effectively coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities of the project ,during the detail design and follow on Construction support phases to ensure the following:
All engineering activities are in compliance with the agreed scope of work;
All detail design activities comply with company standards;
That adequate Company Engineering resources are available to provide the necessary level of support to the Engineering contractor;
That any deviations to Company technical standards are recorded within the Company management system and agreed by the relevant Company Engineering specialist;
Monitoring progress against an agreed schedule and taking corrective action where slippage occurs;
To support Company site teams during construction and commissioning phases.
Desirable skills and qualification:
Appropriate university Technical Degree, with Chartership preferred
A minimum of 10 years discipline experience, incorporating detailed design, preferably in complex onshore and oil and gas project;
Experience in the design of industrial Railway projects;
Experience in operation of high H2S content facilities with stringent requirements in terms of HSE;
Previous experience in Former Soviet Union and/or Caspian Area would be preferred, as would previous similar company rote, especially in managing and interfacing with major contractors.
