Our Client has a vacancy for a Project Decision and Risk Analyst, based in Aberdeen.  This is a contract position.

As Project Decision and Risk Analyst, you will provide analytical and other specialist Value Systems services to project and corporate clients.  This will include cost and schedule risk analysis, risk management and decision analysis.

Work includes -
Preparation and facilitation of Decision and Risk Analysis workshops.
Analysis and presentation of results and development of solutions informed by numerical modelling/simulation to investigate likely outcomes.
Responsibilities for this role involve supporting the aims and objectives of an evolving Value Systems function and support the development of wider Value Systems implementation throughout the company network; to undertake this work proactively and execute this work within the framework of the defined corporate values.

Skills/Qualifications:
A broad knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
Understanding of project risk and cost/schedule inter-relation.
ood oral communication with project/business managers and technical personnel.
Confident and credible in facilitation.
Concise report writing.
Presentation skills.
Appreciation of commercial as well as technical issues.
Well organised.
Proactive in approach.
Some experience in numerical modelling with Monte Carlo techniques.
Risk management experience.
Problem solver.
Previous experiences in the oil and gas industry in a similar role.
Engineering or Science degree.
