Our client, a leading subsea engineering and construction contractor to the offshore oil and gas industry, is looking for a Project cost controller to join them on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Involve in setting up of project chart of accounts
- Establish project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and CTR Catalogue.
- Involve in input of project budget into cost management system based on financial costing data from tender.
- Monitor & control actual cost expenditures including reconciliation to the accounting system. - Involve in change management process and pricing variation orders.
- Participate in project risk management process and sensitivity analysis reporting.
- Preparation of Project Monthly Status Report (PMSR), cost control related information and Monthly Cashflow Forecasts for project.

Looking for candidates will the following attributes:
- Degree or Diploma in Business or Engineering Related Disciplines
- Previous experience as Cost Controller in Oil & Gas or Related Industry, ideally on Projects > $50M, is preferred
- Experience in Pipelay and Subsea Construction work would be advantageous
- At least 5 years of relevant experience -
Ability in both spoken & written Chinese would be advantageous
- Singaporeans,Singapore PR and regional expats highly preferred
