Project Controls Team Leader
Support the Growth of a Strategic Contract
Our client is a major contractor in both the construction and maintenance of onshore and offshore structures. They have secured a key contract in Kazakhstan to build offshore structures with growth anticipated in the region within the next 12 months.
Cost control and management is vital for this role and you will act as a key figure in the team managing contractual costs and supporting the development and training of your Project Controls team.
The client expects concise and accurate information on all aspects of the progress of the contract and you will support the operational business in this area on a monthly basis.
We need a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer with experience in an industrial sector such as Power Petrochemical Nuclear Marine or offshore structures in either a Senior or Team Leader role.
Someone with experience or capability in the set up of a Project Controls or Quantity Surveying system will be successful in the role to drive and develop the current basic structure. Your knowledge and understanding of how best to do this is vital for success of this and future contracts.
Success in managing people is also a key skill as you will manage a multi-national project controls team with varying degrees of expertise.
