We are seeking an experience Project Controls Specialist to work for a major operator in Angola as soon as possible.

Location: Soyo, Angola

Job Purpose:
Perform cost monitoring and cost control functions for the Project Management Team.

Roles:

• The control, monitoring, and reporting of budget, funding, commitment, expenditure, and forecast at completion costs for individual AFE's. Extract, translate, and report periodic cost data for management financial reporting.


• Support the trending process to facilitate the analysis of changes (cost, quantities, or schedule) to minimize cost and schedule impacts.


• Review of contractor claims and funding requests and incorporation of data into cost reports.


• Prepare inputs for the monthly cost report as requested.


• Participate in periodic cost risk assessments.


• Provide cost control support to project managers.
