Job Description
CCL (cclglobal.com) has been requested by a major international contractor to source Project Controls Managers. Client would prefer candidates already based in the Houston area / within easy traveling distance. US citizens or Green Card holders only. Excellent remuneration. These vacancies are being handled by CCLs Houston office.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business, or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data and analysis to PC, other groups and Client Management. Leadership skills, supervisory skills, and the ability to adapt project controls principles into a multi-company environment are essential. A working knowledge of Primavera Project Planner and ePCWorks is required. Familiarity with Client standards, procedures, organization and automated systems preferred. Fluent written and spoken English.
Minimum 15 years of combined experience in cost engineering, scheduling and estimating. Familiarity with international project execution and experience with process plants and petrochemical facilities is preferred. Will be responsible for providing technical and operational supervision to the Project Controls staff. Preparation of Project Controls Execution Plan, Project Controls Procedures and coordination of the Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
