I am currently looking for a Project Control Manager to work for my client a Leading Oil and Gas design contractor to work in Baku

My client specializes in the design, modification, refurbishment and maintenance of offshore assets - experience in Brownfield projects would be necessary as well as significant experience on offshore projects

Duties and responsibilities:

* Established control framework for baseline of Cost & Schedule project controls.

* During FEED, track the scope, at the end of FEED, obtain benchmark and finalized "base" cost & schedules along with appropriate contingencies.

* Organized budget/schedule

* Managed and reported project changes.

* Conducted regular & transparent reviews of key project issues and tracked implementation of corrective actions.

* Preparation and issue of monthly reports and management presentations.

* Responsible for the monitor and review of the project controls element of contractor performance, estimates, schedules and risk analyses.

* Communicated forward trends and potential risks/vulnerabilities in a timely & accurate manner to the project management team for mitigation
