Our Client has a vacancy for a Project Controls Manager.  This is a contract position, based in either Japan or South Korea, with the possibility of relocation to Abu Dhabi. 

As Project Controls Manager, you will work on our Client's refinery project.

Candidates will have the following qualifications and experience:
Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
Substantial relevant work experience at senior project management level.
Advanced degree in Business Administration or project/program management is desirable.
Demonstrable ability to manage refinery projects internationally.
Previous experience in a similar position, particularly with providing project management services to Oil and Gas companies, with performance accountability responsibility.
Middle Eastern experience is preferred.

The salary for this role is negotiable.
