Our client is a leading provider of flow equipment products systems and services to worldwide oil gas and process industries. The have an exciting opportunity as a Project Coordinator to join their team in the South of Aberdeen.
Working with direction from the Project engineer the Project coordinator is a focal point within the organisation responsible for ensuring effective communication through flow and delivery of aftermarket services including but not limited to;
Aftermarket repair.
Equipment load out and return.
Identification and communication of offshore personnel needs.
New build and spares deliveries.
Invoicing and work planning.
Working with minimal supervision you must be committed to delivering group goals and ensuring the legal and process integrity of internal policies and procedure.
A sound engineering background/understanding is essential to ensure the candidature can achieve the full reward of this position.
The candidate is responsible for ensuring delivery programmes are established monitored and ensure that these are delivery on time and within the agreed scope and budget.
Knowledge and Experience required
Essential.
Sound Engineering apprenticeship with understanding of manufacturing processes or at least 2 years spent in manufacturing panning or scheduling.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to carry out tasks under minimum supervision in a demanding environment.
Computer literate in Word and Excel.
Works well within a group.
Desirable.
Offshore installation and maintenance experience.
Appreciation of P&L accounting and contractual obligations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and SAP
