Production/Development Engineers South Korea

They continue to develop world-class core technologies and find and implement the most efficient solutions based on their intimate knowledge of the ever changing market conditions.

This position is for Engineers within the Cable/Production Engineering Centre to support/lead development of new machines/processes, renovate old machines to enhance productivity

MSc Mechanical Engineering or related subject, PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Responsible for
Design/Development of precision-machinery for the production of cables & wires.
Design/Build New Mass-Production systems for the cables & wires
Renovate existing Mass-Production system the cables & wires

Applicants should have:-
An understanding of Solid/Fluid Dynamics in theory
An understanding of machine design
An understanding of electrical systems

Must be able to understand the full scope of a assigned project and its relationship to associated projects, to perform functional analysis of Cable production systems, Together with/without the help from a new-product development division, design/build new mass-production system for cables & Wires
To renovate the existing Production systems to enhance the productivity and reduce product costs.

Must provide the strong technical guidance to complete projects, ensure excellence in executing the projects by organising, planning, budgeting, overcoming expected risks, understand, evaluate and guide the technical focus on multiple projects, lead large proposals and company wide business pursuits.

Candidates with in-depth knowledge of mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics, TRIZ and experience of managing projects including team management,
budgeting and reporting preferred.
Experience as a production/systems engineer and/or technical leader on large projects
