Job Title: Procurement Planner& Administrator Location: Aberdeen Rate/Salary: Negotiable Duration: temp The Company: Our Client is a major contractor providing consultancy engineering and project management services to the worlds energy power and process industries. The Role: Manage & accurately update Procurement Plan BPSS. Liaison with Supply Chain team and all external providers of data engineering. Take ownership of BPSS and manage weekly meetings. General administrations support produce documents manage files electronic & paper. Support Procurement Co-ordinator & SCM. Possess a technical awareness of equipment materials & plant required for the Project of this nature. Learn Convero Procurement Planning system. Organise meetings & supporting reports. Electronic and paper filling. Expediting of Vendor Documents and delivery of goods from vendors. Ability to extract & manipulate data from other systems to produce report. Assist with mobilisation/de mobilisation of person to site/offshore. Skills/ Qualifications: Must be computer literate conversant with MS office suite of software. Efficient administrator with excellent organisation skills. Expeditor or Buyer with experience on small/medium sized oil and gas projects or in a corporate environment. Very good level of computer literacy and use of procurement systems such as Convero.
