Job Title: Procurement Manager Location: Aberdeen Rate/Salary: Negotiable Duration: Ongoing The Company: Our Client appears in the FTSE 100 index and is an international energy services company specializing in Oil and Gas and has annual revenues of over 2.6 billion. They work globally employing over 20,000 people on major operations including the UK The Role: Collation of data from purchasing and subcontracted activities. Review and analysis of data collected. Identification and prioritisation of opportunities for supply chain improvements. Development of business cases for identified improvements. Participation in implementation of agreed supply chain improvements proposals. Ensuring service provision meets Contract requirements. Identify priority areas to be addressed to ensure competitive advantage. Development of processes and techniques to enhance performance. Ensure that all procedures are complied with and all actions are auditable also maintaining the highest personal, professional and ethical standards and put in place an assurance compliance programme. Provide tactical direction to SCM organization by interface with Operations/Directors/Contract Managers and the overall SCM management. Develop strategic procurement sourcing and processes. Develop Supplier Relationship Management. Skills/Qualifications: Must have Large Project/Greenfield Project Experience. Proven Track Record of Managing Fabrication Yard Work. Proven Ability to Successfully Lead a multi Discipline team.
