Process Improvement Coordinator job in Australia

Brunel Energy is currently sourcing for a Process Improvement Coordinator for our client, a global oil and gas owner operator. This is an exciting opportunity working on a major LNG Project, the role is required in order to embed improvement practices in the core business services activities
Responsibilities:
Develop a improvement strategy and plan that responds to Business Services internal and external stakeholder requirements.
Establish guidelines for:
* The use of different forms of media (newsletters, lunch and learns, meeting minutes, websites, video, audio, rss feeds, email, blogs, threads etc) on a fit for purpose basis;
* Timeliness of information dissemination;
* Measuring the effectiveness of different forms of interaction.
Respond to personnel needs in multi site, multi time-zone locations.
Use multi-media and desk-top-publishing to assist with the professional production of material.
Drive the publication of periodic newsletters briefings, as well as status and exception reports for business services.
Work across functions to identify and promote the use of department wide, function and process calendars and workplans where logical.
Experience:
High level of knowledge and practical experience in a range of IT skills with particular focus on website, blogs, rss feeds, newsletters, powerpoint, publication tools, collaboration tools, social networks etc.
Enthusiastic self starter.
Relevant Degree
5-10 years experience in similar role
