We are looking for a Process Conformance Analyst for a permanent staff position based near Hartlepool.

The successful applicant will be a graduate but open to any engineering/science/IT degree/maths degree with influencing skills who is interested in Manufacturing.

The job purpose

To monitor adherence to agreed key manufacturing specifications to deliver stability and consistency in operational practices.

The role -

To continue the development of the Conformance Systems.

The development of these systems are an enabler to achieve their 2010/2011 production targets.

These systems will allow consistency of operation between shifts, improved communication, more efficient and effective RCA and problem solving.

The conformance systems and morning meeting dashboards will allow more time to focus on the real issues in morning meetings and provide the data to set daily priorities.

Requirements for role

Educated to degree level.

The job holder must have an extensive knowledge of site manufacturing process

Excellent IT competence is essential, with extensive and detailed knowledge of FIS and MPMS performance management tools.
