Job Title: Principal Process Engineer
Employment: Contract
Location: Aberdeen
Rate: 60.00 TO 70.00 PER HOUR
Our client a Consultancy located in Aberdeen is currently searching for a Principal Process Engineer on a contract basis.
Attributes of Principal Process Engineer
You will be chartered and will posses and engineering degree. All candidates will have proven experience in one or more of the following:
Feasibility and Conceptual Studies for Oil and Gas developments.
Topsides and/or Subsea facilities
FEED studies
Support to Offshore Operating Facilities
Brownfield engineering modifications
Simulation of complex facilities using HYSYS or similar
In addition to the above, the following attributes and experience are desirable:
Exposure to the preparation of business proposals
Managing engineering teams and workscopes
Experienced in mentoring, coaching and development of junior engineers
Effective communication, organisational and leadership skills
Proven track record of successful project management
Understanding of project economics and approval processes.
