Principal Administration Specialist job in UAE
An EPC company is looking for a Principal Administration Specialist to join the team in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will perform administrative duties with business systems, file management, office process management and establishment of entities in the Middle East Region with direction and limited support.
· Full compliance to PSN HSE and company policies.
· Coordinating Emergency Response documentation, contacts and support information.
· Coordinating and collaborating with PSNe senior management to establish business processes for office management
· Planning, organizing, and developing methods to meet business needs including leading others who provide administrative support.
· Coordinating and follow-up of issuance of a suite of corporate documents to support the establishment and renewals through working with legal functions of all parties involved.
· Maintaining PSN Emirates, its subsidiaries and joint ventures corporate and governance documentation and meetings.
· Research and prepare memoranda, reports, briefs, and meeting notes.
· Establishing and managing filing systems and documents offline and online.
· Coordinator and management of PSN emirate Management teamsite including organisation of document database, maintenance and modification of the teamsites.
· Taking meeting minutes including board meetings and prepare meeting notes as directed.
· Support and coordinate company events and PR activities in UAE and other MER locations as directed.
The successful candidate will:
· Have a Bachelors Degree in Administration.
· Have 8 years previous experience in a similar role.
· Be competent in MS Office Applications and other collaborative applications.
· Fluency in English is a must and Arabic is preferred.
