Our Client has a vacancy for a Planning & Reporting Coordinator L&I based in Atyrau Kazakhstan. This is a contract position.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
The job Border is responsible for:
Providing scheduling and planning an various Projects of Logistics Directorate such as Engineering and Construction Baulino Marine Base Expansion and Off Base piajects in order to monitor the vrcrk progress. detect and manage trendsldewat orrs to the plan.
To assist the logistcs Governance Manager in developing and monitoring of the L&l Key Performance Indicators.
To develop and maintain the internal and external departmental planning reports.
To prepare the L&l Weekly Monthly and Annual Reports and supporting the improvement of the document content.

Others:
Following company policies and procedures.
Performing any other engineenng task requested by direct manager when necessary.

Internal interfaces will be with personnel at all levels in Logistics & Infrastructure Directorate.
External interfaces will be mainly with design contractors and construction contractors planning personnel in order is keep update the working plans.

Qualifications & Experience: The job holder must have
Engineering Diploma extensive planning and scheduling experience including substantial in oil & gas projects.
Experience in working direct of Indirectly for as Major Oil Company.
Experience in preparing and executing control procedures for planning.
Experience in supervising planning engineers.
Experience in dealing with Shareholders and Stakeholders.
Knowledge of progress benchrnarking and progress assessment methodology.

Working Conditions:
The location will be filed by one person on residential status.
The job is based in Atyrau Kazakhstan bul might require interaction with groups based elsewhere in Kazakhstan.
The Company language is English while the local language is Russian and or Kazakh.
Development of local contractors and training of Kazakh staff rs a very important part of the job.
 
Hours of Work: 
Residential.

The salary for this role is Â550 -Â585 GBP per day.
