Performance Manager job in UK
My client is currently recruiting for a permanent Performance Manager to lead the delivery of sustained performance improvement initially across the companys contracts portfolio working alongside Customer teams to deliver against agreed strategic performance objectives over the term of the contract ensuring long term relationship is maintained.
Manage the implementation of performance improvement objectives in agreed Key Result Areas to ensure:
-Customer Satisfaction is achieved by understanding & exceeding customers needs and expectations in order to make their business a success.
-Performance measures are put in place to both drive and monitor the success of the portfolio
-Sustainable improvement of the service is achieved by Strategic execution of the contract performance plan
-Safety of people and the environment is first and foremost in all we do
-Quality of product and service delivery is optimised
-Scope Time and Cost are fully understood communicated monitored and controlled & when required pro active mitigation is evident.
-Close Relationships with Key internal and external stakeholders is developed and maintained.
-Optimisation of resource is born through the alignment of sales and operational capability
-Adherence to safety and quality processes and company procedures
-Clarity surrounds individual contribution roles and responsibilities
-The combined service delivery model is leveraged across the service provision
-Opportunities exist for personal growth and development
-Recognition of talent and outstanding achievement
-Communication of successes and learning is shared across the portfolio and BIS business

-Understanding and analysing customer needs and opportunities

-Collecting managing and disseminating knowledge in the greater BIS organisation
-Analysing and monitoring the performance measures of all activities present reports budgets forecasts and performance indicators
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience of change management programmes within COMAH site
- Experience in delivery and improvement in a service contract environment
- Experience of managing an operational delivery team
- Experience in Initiating developing and operating a culture of continuous improvement through KPIs Leading Indicators etc.
- Successful relationship management with Blue Chip Customers
- A strong leader and communicator
