Daily team management - conducting performance reviews and setting performance goals. Key contact for superannuation, salary packaging and share plan vendors. Delivering payroll preparation and processing from maintaining employee data through to processing and reconciliation of monthly payroll. Maintaining documentation and procedures. Ensuring knowledge is up to date on taxation and payroll processing. Maintaining the confidentiality of information in the database. Essential skills, qualifications and experience... 7-10 years hands on payroll experience in a deadline driven role. Previous management experience and ability to create a positive team environment. Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR / Finance or similar. Good attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Ability to create and manage processes.
