PDMS CAD Administrator - 64355 job in Azerbaijan
Our Client has a vacancy for a PDMS CAD Administrator, based in Baku, Azerbaijan. This is a contract position, of approximately 12 months duration, on an 8/2 rotation.
As PDMS CAD Administrator, your responsibilities will include the following:
Administration of all PDMS Projects.
Administer PDMS (maintain foreign databases, integrity checks, map builds, expunges).
Administer Global daemons (setup and test).
Setup configuration for Review Reality models.
Generate Review Reality "fly-throughs" as requested.
PDMS Training to be given to Local & Expat Engineers.
Supervise the development and implementation of design and consultancy functions operating within the engineering department.
Coordinate the installation, commission and support of all CAD/CAE hardware, CAD software and engineering analysis software within the engineering department.
Supervise the execution of engineering and design activities in accordance with community and project procedures and standards.
Communicate with other communities and client.
Highly experienced with CAD systems used on projects.
Supervise the implementation of engineering philosophy and job specifications.
Coordinate the maintenance and ongoing development of the discipline capabilities.
Ensure the implementation of job priorities and instructions of the Principal Engineer.
Coordinate the provision of specialist support and consultancy to projects as required.
Be aware of current software licensing, versions, upgrades and maintenance for all engineering analysis software and CAD/CAE related packages.
Take part in Technology Transfer Discussions to pass experience gained to others.
Prepare man-hour estimates, cost estimates, manpower histograms and planning schedules.
