The PA Officer
S/he is accountable for team deadlines deliverables and key event responsibilities. Emphasis on developing both the company and State of Qatars reputation internationally.
Bachelor Degree in communications marketing business or other related field from a recognised university.
Relevant progressively responsible work experience in communications field.
Relevant years of work experience in a multi-national multi-cultural environment.
Experience related to the oil and gas industry preferred.
Strong strategic planning and analysis skills.
Commitment to companys internal controls systems
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
Strong management skills with experience managing and mentoring staff.
Experience developing work plans and budgets.
Thorough understanding of Public Affairs concepts and practices.
Highly organised and efficient.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail.
Able to convey a strong professional image and exhibit a positive attitude.
High level of personal integrity.
Advanced PC software operating skills including Word PowerPoint Excel and others.
Exceptional written and spoken English language skills native English speaker preferred.
Fluent English experience in writing publications press releases with proof of being published university degree. Preferably Arabic speaking.
