My is currently recruiting for a permanent Operations Manager to lead the multi disciplined operations clustered in Central Scotland in a Safe, Efficient and Effective manor delivering client delight, profitable operations and sustainable growth, expanding into new sectors and services. Manage all operations and resources to ensure:

o Safety of people and the environment is first and foremost in all we do

o Customer Satisfaction is achieved by understanding & exceeding customers needs and expectations in order to make their business a success.

o Performance measures are put in place to both drive and monitor the success we achieve in delivering our Customers needs.

o Scope, Time and Cost are fully understood, communicated, monitored and controlled & when required pro active mitigation is evident

o Profitability of each individual client is maintained and that of the Business unit is maximised.

o Close Relationships with Key stakeholders is developed and maintained.

o Sustainable growth of the Business unit is achieved by Strategic execution of services to new customers and expansion of service offering to existing

o Optimisation of resource is born through the alignment of sales and operational capability

o Adherence to quality processes and company procedures

o Clarity surrounding individual roles and responsibilities

o Opportunities for personal growth and development

o Recognition of Talent

o An embedded continuous learning environment

o Analysing customer needs and opportunities through new and existing business

o Developing new wins through close customer relationships

o Monitoring customer feedback and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

o Collecting, managing and disseminating knowledge in the organisation

o Analysing and monitoring the finance of all projects/contracts, present reports, budgets, forecasts and performance indicators


Ideal Candidate:

Experience of operating at senior level on a COMAH site

Experience in delivery and improvement in a service contract environment

Experience of managing an operational delivery team

Previous responsibility of P&L

Experience in initiating, developing and operating a culture of continuous improvement through KPIs, leading indicators etc

Successful track record in business growth

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
