Job Description
Our client is an Aberdeen based Oil and Gas Service Company and is currently looking for an Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Full P&L responsibility.
Develop and implement a business development programme that delivers to both customer and market requirements.
Develop an ongoing strategy to achieve corporate forecasts and targets.
Motivate and improve performance across sales production service QHSE and commercial functions.
Experience:
Educated to Degree level in a relevant discipline with success in a similar role within a precision engineering business.
Candidates should ideally have a practical engineering background in a service environment.
Possess strong leadership skills.
Proven experience in delivering improved financial performance in a similar industry sector.
