Job Description
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• To implement the company interface management system, tools and appropriate work process to effectively manage the interfaces between different Construction Contractors.
• To prepare the company site interface management plan including description of how interfaces will be identified, detailed, actioned, tracked, reported, expedited, and closed out.
• To develop the onshore hard interface guidelines which clearly defines battery limits between different Construction Contractor scopes.
• To act as central point of contact between Contractors to ensure interfaces issues are communicated to the relevant parties.
• To ensure that all Construction Contractors are operating interface management systems and plans in accordance with Company requirements and procedures.
• To hold the master interface register, coordinate and monitor interface requests and response among Construction Contractors.
• To monitor and make sure Construction Contractors have in place and maintain suitable registers covering the interfaces points between them and their subcontractors.
• To prepare weekly and monthly interface reports including status of outstanding interfaces issues and resolved ones.
• To coordinate and participate in regular interfaces meetings and act as focal point to resolve the raised issue.
• Monitor change, potential variation and risk to schedule and cost from issues raised, follow the Company change management procedure and report accordingly.


Qualifications & Experience:
The job holder must have
• Diploma (as minimum) in technical disciplines.
• Demonstrable experience (min. 10 years) in construction of Oil & Gas plants.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with latest western standards.
• Strong motivation of working with all disciplines related to the construction activities (Civil Mechanical Electrical, Instrument, Safety, Rotating Equipment, Operations).
• Some experience of operation with Sulphur in liquid and granular forms.
Required Competencies:
The job holder must have proven:
• Ability to identify and analyse complex hydrocarbon processing schemes, including sour gas processing, sulphur recovery, and high pressure gas injection.
• Effectively communicate process engineering issues to the company • Ability to work effectively with engineering contractor and interface with the company specialists.
• Ability to write technical / process reports.
