Role: Offshore Company Rep (expat) Location: Bangkok / Gulf Of Thailand Rate: Negotiable ($) Duration: End 2010 Role: The Offshore Company Rep is to act as the link between the client and the subcontractor during 2 seperate campaigns on either a DSV or completions vessel. This is a rotational position. 1. Offshore Barge Operation-To ensure the offshore barge operation is successfully carried out on time and that all safety rules and regulation are implemented and documented. AHT (Anchor Handling Tugs) Implement, advise and document all Safety Rules and Regulation Making sure that procedures are carried out in a safe and timely manner Implement safety training to provide the safe workplace 2. Planning and Scheduling- In order to ensure that all works are completed within the set schedules Vessels movement Pre-job planning Personnel Movement 3. Technical Support for Offshore Installation (Mainly procedure, engineering and construction) To ensure that all works are smoothly operated Procedure changes Procedure clarification To assist in Pre-job planning 4. Offshore Onshore Interface- To implement work completion on key dates Technical support Subcontract Management Procedure guidelines Pre-job Planning Education/Experience 1. Min. 10 years experience with offshore installation vessels. Preferably operational experience as a Superintendent. 2. Marine Survey Course 3. Safety Training at Supervisor Level
