Networking & Infrastructure Enterprise Senior Architect

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible for:

Provide leadership in networking and infrastructure for the design, architect and upgrade complex enterprise infrastructures

Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems

Coordinate strategies

Responsible for the highest availability of ICT Networking and Infrastructure Services ones among the different sites

Responsible for the applying latest technologies to the Microsoft Active Directory Infrastructure.

Responsible for the designing and implementing Storage Area Network solutions

Responsible for the designing and implementation of Security and Systems Monitoring and Reporting solutions.

Advanced troubleshooting of any kind of networking and infrastructure issues in Microsoft technologies area.

Responsible for the designing and implementing the Business Continuity Plan infrastructure

Design and update the procedures to be followed in case of Servers Failure, for Data Backup and Restore operations

Projects implementation in coordination with ICT Special Projects group .

Provide capacity planning for District Networking and Infrastructure.

Evaluation of new technologies in ICT business. Provide suggestions and new ideas for improving the Infrastructure

Root cause analysis and offering improvements in procedures and technologies.

Manage junior staff in projects and operational activities.

Transfer experience to junior engineers in such a way that obtains the best results from and that to ensure their professional growth

Cooperate with all the ICT Teams in Kazakhstan and the ones in Milan in order to achieve corporate solutions and standardize the infrastructure

24/7 availability for emergency procedures as power shutdowns, network outage, hardware failures and disaster recovery procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

The job holder must have :

Candidate should have a recognized University degree in IT or recognized ICT qualifications and certifications such as Microsoft Certified System Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Professional.

At least 5 years of Microsoft Platform and Network management in a large Company and with many different sites in different Geographic locations

Required Competencies:

The job holder must have proven:

Excellent working knowledge of the Windows operating systems

Strong skills in networking technologies, Cisco hardware.

Ability to analyze and solve

Project management skills. Ability to lead projects according to company standards

Good communicative skills both verbal and written, also in English language

Ability to work in team as well as ability to work independently
