Our client a major in the oil and gas industry require a Negotiator to work on their project starting ASAP, position is office based (Brindisi / Calabria / Milan) residential status, 6 months extendable contract. Candidates wishing to apply for this role must be eligible to work in the EU. Candidates MUST also be Fluent in Both Italian and English.

Main Job Responsibilities:

*The role will require understanding of the needs, procurement policies, contract templates and negotiation skills and the ability to work and communicate in an international environment.
*She/he will be accountable for various supplier relations and contracts, as well as monitoring Key Performance Indicators in those contracts.
*She/he will be accountable for ensuring suitable supplier selection according to goals/criteria in various segments of service/goods supplier

Candidates Minimum Requirements:

*At least three years experience in a multicultural company, preferably in a Procurement Department or Project management environment ïï Adaptable and flexible, copes positively with a fast moving environment and in an organization
*experiencing great change and rapid growth
*Preferably Masters in Economy, Law or Engineering.
*Excellent analytical capacity
*Well organized
*Sharp eye for numbers
*Good communicator, good written skills as well as strong interpersonal skills and appropriate behaviours needed to work in a multicultural environment
*MS office applications literate as minimum, experience with Ariba procurement tool or similar will be appreciated
*Fluent Italian English minimum
