Job Title: Narrative C&E Testing Engineer
Location: Kazakhstan
Rate: Excellent
Duration: 12 Months
Our Client:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced and capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil and gas project.
The role:
Assisting the Commissioning Engineer in ensuring the commissioning work meets the Project objectives by co-ordinating and supporting the systems in Oil, Commissioning activities associated with project control Narratives and C&E testing on the Onshore Process facilities process plant.
Implement testing of control narratives and C&E matrices to ensure detailed design specification is achieved.
Testing of ESD circuits to be achieved in a logical manner and to be demonstrated to an independent verification authority.
Input commissioning B sheets to ACS project completions database and reporting of any system deviations.
Coordination of all activities associated with testing including PTW and liaising with ICSS systems engineers and other disciplines
Desirable skills and qualification:
Minimum ONC, preferably HNC in controls or instrumentation related engineering.
Minimum 15 years Oil and Gas industry experience.
Minimum 5 years experience of commissioning Gas systems
5 years in technical and supervision of contractors/suppliers personnel
Experience and good understanding of Project Completions Systems.
Experience and good understanding of Change Control systems.
Experience in coordinating of ESD C&Es testing.
Experience in coordinating of DCS Control narrative testing.
Experience and good understanding of Commissioning dossier
