Swift Worldwide Resources is the leading supplier of manpower to the global Oil and Gas industry.  Our client, the largest producer of natural gas in the nation, is in need of a Construction Coordinator with Midstream experience to work in their Wyoming office.


*Summary


The Construction Coordinator will supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of subordinates and contract personnel.  This successful candidate will oversee and direct employees while scheduling completion, re-completion and work-over procedures.  He/she will ensure employees have proper training and they are adhering to company polices.


*Qualifications:


-Ability to complete incident and accident reports


-Monitor new well completions ensure they are ready for first sales


-Schedule and coordinate construction needs for: frac water lines, compressors, coolers, soap launchers, production unit clean outs, SWD site maintenance and any other construction needs for the area


-Ensure well site audits and diagrams include Bureau of Land Management and any other regulatory agency requirements


-Perform due diligence and inventory all acquired wells; inspect each well and coordinate repairs as needed


-Ensure shops and shop grounds are cleaned and well maintained


-Maintain a safe and environmentally friendly work place for staff and contractors


-Ability to provide leadership and troubleshooting for employees


-Understand gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure a machine is working properly


-Work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts


 -Demonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office applications
