Our client is a major producer of commodity chemicals and polymers operating a large tonnage top tier COMAH site. Owned by a major multinational the facility is now preparing for an extended period of investment for which the services of an experienced senior project engineer/project manager are now sought. The successful candidate will have significant experience of translating business user requirements into hardware to stringent cost time and quality targets within the chemicals/petrochemicals/oil & gas sector and be able to demonstrate competence in all aspects of the project development lifecycle including scoping feasibility studies/estimation the management of design houses and vendors contract and cost management HSE obligations etc.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent
