Job Description
Experience in the design of mechanical building services in domestic and non-domestic buildings.Experience in the administration of mechanical building services installation contracts.
HNC or Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Building Services or related subjectsMembership, or working towards membership, of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers
Experienced in the production of AutoCAD drawings.Experience in the production of bill of quantities.
Articulate and confident in verbal and written communications.
Local Authoirty experience would be an advantage.
