Experience:
Prior experience within a similar data input role within the oil and gas industry in Aberdeen

Reporting to the Lead Certification Engineer responsible for inputting data into the maintenance database.

Supervisory and Managerial Duties:

Main Duties:
Create/generate P1 form with detailed spreadsheet
Find and create tag numbers in the maintenance database Maximo and label them as standby
Issue tag numbers to relevant discipline engineers
Update the Manual Valve Register
Ensure the Line List is updated
On completed works update database for the new tags and change to Operating status
Update Ex register maintenance database on receipt of completed works
Inform inspection authority of changes to registers
Generate P3 forms for new PMRs for the new maintainable tags.
