Sr. Manager of Shale Development

Summary of Position: Responsible for overseeing the Companys development of Marcellus shale assets throughout the Appalachian Basin.

Responsibilities:

1. Provides engineering and managerial expertise for the companys Marcellus shale projects.

1. Coordinate and oversee the drilling and completion activities of all Company Marcellus shale wells.

1. Coordinate and oversee consultants that may be used from time to time for drilling and completion operations.

1. Solicit bids for cased hole services cementing stimulation and completion services for our Marcellus shale operations.

1. Field supervision of cased hole operations i.e. gamma ray collar locator and cement bond log for purposes of correlating and perforating.

1. Field supervision of stimulation operations for Marcellus wells on the day of the frac

Requirement:

• Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering with fifteen to twenty years of shale experience
