For a client in Qatar we are currently in need for a Lead Upstream Process Engineer

Responsible for a group of 10 process engineers and designers in a dedicated design office at one of our major clients.
Ensure that the work is carried out in a professional manner and in compliance with applicable contracts Company policies values and relevant laws and regulations. Actively monitor work progress such that risks and problem areas are identified reported and solutions identified early in the project phase.
Act as project engineer for assigned brown field projects.
Plan and execute assigned projects and tasks.
Interdisipline coordination with other departments.
Review and approve assigned deliverables produced by other members of the team. Guiding others to develop DBMs review of process simulations.
Shall possess good knowledge of industry and company standards such as Loss prevention HAZOP API etc.
Coordinate and participate in safety related studies.
Development of oil and gas facilities using process simulation tools.
Heat and Mass Balances Hydraulic and transient analysis. Process simulation using HYSYS/PIPSIM software.
To issue high quality cost effective designs and reports in a timely manner.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent
