Your Next Role:

You will be taken onboard as one of the leaders in the office, helping to drive the structural engineering division through further growth and expansion. With an exciting pipeline of projects on the books and solid plans for expansion over the next 12 to 18 months, your addition to the team will be integral to this growth plan.

Your Ideal Background:

You will ideally have exposure to the Perth marketplace, however our client recognises the current candidate shortage, as such will consider the East Coast if the bulk of your experience is not in WA. We are looking favourably at your profile if you can show:

• Recognised tertiary qualifications, and ideally will have or be aiming for Chartered status.
• Experience across a variety of structural engineering projects from large residential, retail, commercial and industrial affording you the experience to work with confidence across the full scope of projects our client is currently involved in.
• Solid experience working across a variety of Structural engineering software packages eg Spacegass, Microstran, Strand7 etc
• Demonstrate outstanding technical structural design and analysis skills.
• Excellent understanding of Australian codes and standards relevant to the role.
• Your communication skills will be outstanding, allowing you to interface with client and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage project deliverables and deliver high quality design solutions within demanding project deadlines
• A keen interest in buildings and architecture and a desire to develop professionally.
• A desire to think laterally and provide more than the standard solution.
