Our Client is a multi-billion dollar venture organisation established in 1993 to produce liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and related products from the vast natural gas reserves of the State of Qatar.

Job Purpose:

Support the engineering activities through material and process evaluation, failure analysis due to lack spares, environmental testing and new product qualifications. Effectively communicate results in written and oral technical report form. Work as the liaison between divisions of Materials dept, Procurement dept and Operations group.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

· Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline.

· Minimum 8-10 years of diversified experience in the oil and gas industry in materials control, procurement and distribution using SAP.

· Extensive experience in dealing with vendors, suppliers, contractors and consultants involved in the oil and gas industry.

· Good exposure and experience with Quality Management concepts, e.g. ISO 9000.

· Computer literacy and very good knowledge of standard office software.

· Strong knowledge and experience with SAP.

· Good written and verbal English skills.

· Excellent Presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team member
