Job Description
- Manages all aspects of Contracting on Major Capital Project Teams
- Acts as commercial advisor to Project Management Team for all commercial matters associated with Project Contracts
- Facilitates the development of Project Contracting Strategies and Plans
- Develops Project Contracts and associated commercial documents to implement Project Contracting Plans
- Manages the tendering activities associated with Project Contracts sourcing.
- Manages and Administers Project Contracts after award
- Manages commercial claims and disputes associated with Project Contracts
Preferred Skills
Ariba Major Capital Project Contracting processes Document Management International
Education
- High School Graduate with 20 Years of Directly related experience
- BS, MBA in Engineering or Commercial Management Field Preferred
Additional Comments
Prior experience on a multi-functional project team on a large major capital project, and ability to interface and effectively collaborate with contract owners, project controls staff, supporting lawyers, and internal and external stakeholders (e.g. engineering discipline staff, and contractors).
