Carry out offsite QC Activities of suppliers and contractors

Ensure all documentation is correctly produced in a timely manner

Provide expertise to engineering disciplines on QA/QC Matters

Accountable for:

Report findings of surveillance activities carried out on suppliers and subcontractors to verify that produced and installation equipment meets specified requirements

Ensure that product and installation document is complete prior to acceptance

Carry out internal and external audits

Interface with vendors subcontractor and client on qa/qc matters

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control and their application to supplier and subcontractor surveillance

Proven experience in carrying out QA audits in accordance with company produces

A detailed understanding of the principles of engineering metallurgy welding NDT techniques quality standards and applicable UK and European legislation

10 years plus experience in a similar role within our industry petrochems nuclear or power etc

Experience dealing with 3^rd part agencies and client representatives.
