Minimum 10 years of Laboratory and some experience with On-Stream analyzer experience in refining or petrochemical areas. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience. Previous experience in working in multicultural environment is appreciated. Highly technical in order to quickly understand and communicate with technical people inside and outside the refinery strong organization and communication skills. Coach/motivation for personnel. Some understanding of refining economics and ability to make decisions sometimes unpopular.

Qualification:

BS Chemistry or equivalent.
