The LNG Engineering Manager (Development) will have the overall responsibility for the successful planning & execution on a various Australian flagship LNG projects.

With a focus on the expanding Oil and Gas industry within Australia, an opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading engineering and construction companies in Australia and South East Asia. The company has secured contracts with the majority of Australias largest oil operating companies. They have a portfolio of project work above and beyond that of their competitors. In order to continue its growth, whilst maintaining exemplary levels of delivery, an LNG Engineering Manager is required to join its management team.

Based in Perth, the LNG Engineering Manager is responsible for the scheduling coordination and developmental engineering scopes of work such as Concept studies, FEED studies and feasibility studies within the LNG capacity. You will also be appointed to actively pursue and target project opportunities in the LNG and oil and gas sectors. You will represent the company and the study team in all meetings and matters pertaining to the various contracts with respect to the clients and any third parties.

In addition, it is important to present the qualities and attributes of a pragmatic Engineering and Project Manager, focused on milestones, whilst maintaining uncompromising delivery standards.

You will have strong interpersonal skills which will allow the development of good working relationships with both the LNG team and the clients. To be successful in this role the successful candidate MUST possess a high degree of aptitude within the LNG and oil and gas sector and have a demonstrable proven track record in delivering successful LNG project outcomes.

We are sourcing a candidate who has at least 15 years experience within the LNG capacity working within an EPC or EPCM environment at a senior level on projects at the study, FEED and conceptual stages.
