Rotation 8 weeks on 2 weeks off
Our Client, a Major International Petrochem & Oil & Gas Industry Contractor requires a Lead PAS Engineer to work on the construction / commissioning & start-up phases on site of a GTL Project in Qatar.
The Lead PAS Engineer will provide guidance and supervision to PAS Engineers and have the overall technical responsibility to deliver the PAS to the Operations and Asset Teams and provide technical guidance to the PAS Engineers, the ICs, the IC ADTs and Honeywell.
Also to ensure proper communication and interface to other groups involved in the delivery of the PAS such Technical Assurance, Asset Team, and others.
Will be required to review the procedures and work processes developed by the PAS Engineers and provide guidance to the PAS Engineers as they jointly develop procedures and work processes with Honeywell. Other administrative tasks will be assigned related the management of Honeywell. Will be expected to assist in the resolution of technical, commercial and contractual issues relating to the IC contracts.
Assist in the development of the Integrated Schedule and maintain an understanding of the schedule and progress of Honeywell and the ICs.
Candidates with Control Systems Engineering background should have minimum of 10 years appropriate experience.
Must be Degree qualified (or equivalent) and have experience in
· ICS design Engineering
· FAT experience
· Site experience
· Proven relevant experience
Preferred candidates will have PMC experience
ICS vendor experience
Major International Process contractor experience
