Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree; Must have experience with budgeting analytics.

- Demonstrated experience in estimating, project management, engineering, and/or contract administration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the primary linkages between project controls and disciplines of estimating, project management, engineering, contract administration, and accounting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Must demonstrate the ability to integrate work across relevant areas, develop the business and services to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity, support the execution of business plans/goals, manage information, and provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
