Plans, organizes and supervises the identification, classification and status of industrial land allocation and utility requirements in accordance with the clients procedures. Supervises the Industrial Specialists in the assessment of industrial development requests and site selection land allocation, plus infrastructure and utility availability. Coordinates interdepartmental input and timely response to requests from industries such as Engineering, Environmental, Infrastructure, Urban planning, Industrial security and outside agencies.Requirements: university degree in chemical or mechanical engineering, petrochemical background and significant work experience in the areas listed above.
