 Swift World Wide Resources is the leading supplier of manpower to the global Oil and Gas industry.  Our client, the largest national gas producer in the nation, is in need of an IT Supervisor with reservoir experience in their Oklahoma City office.

*Summary

The IT Supervisor will be in charge of coordinating and directing activities for an assigned

area of responsibility, as well to provide administrative support for daily tasks needed.

This position will also be responsible for on-the-job training, performance assessment, coaching, motivation, and counseling to help employees strengthen their development skills.

 *Qualifications:

 -          Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience

-          10 years of relevant professional work experience

-          Supervisory Experience is a MUST

-          Certifications with in the information technology industry are highly preferred

-          Must have experience within the oil and gas industry

-          Demonstrate communication with all levels of co-workers and clients

-          Reservoir experience is HIGHLY PERFERRED

-          Review, approve, and maintain departmental records and reports such as:

            Timecards, vacation requests, status changes, and expense reports

-     Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

-     Computer savvy and willing to learn the company's specific applications
