Job Description

Purpose:

• Act as managerial focal point for IM DMG team
• Co-ordinate & manage the operation of DMG systems, processes and procedures for the Kashagan EP Project
• Address procedure clarifications & concessions through liaison with package teams, IMIS co-ordinators & IMIS Advisor
• Liaise with other Project functional groups to ensure correct implementation & interpretation of processes

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible for:
• Provide first line supervision of the IMIS DMG team
• In conjunction with the IMIS Co-ordinators & IMIS Advisor ensure that Project procedures, processes & systems are effectively implemented and adhered to.
• Co-ordinate IMIS DMG teams activities in accordance with priorities defined by IMIS Advisor, Package Teams & IMIS Co-ordinators
• Address procedural clarifications & concessions together with AKCO IMIS Advisor
• Co-ordinate DMG activities associate with Contract/PO Close-out
• Provide summary reports & statistics on IMIS DMG performance/throughput
• Co-ordinate document handover
• Manage IMIS DMG resources recruit, co-ordinate training, manage leave allocation & allocate tasks/priorities in conjunction with IMIS DMG supervisors
• Liaise with IMIS Central Support Team on use of their resources

Qualifications & Experience:

The job holder must have

• 10 years relevant experience in information/engineering systems within the oil and gas sector.
• 5 years experience as a Team Leader.
• Information systems / engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Substantial experience of large multidiscipline projects involving IMIS or related systems.

• Experience of large projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Hons or equivalent, Direct Experience or equivalent
